"Remember the days of the old school yard" (Cat Stevens)

It's the end of an era this week with the last day of creche and then the beginning of school at last. The final party at creche was quite emotional for everyone and the boys first ever care-giver Sheena even came to say goodbye.

The boys have done amazingly well and settled right into school. They were a bit nervous the night before but after their first day seemed to really happy to keep going so that's a good sign. Their teacher's name is Miss Barlow and she seems clued up enough to manage a couple of tear-aways so good luck to her!

The boys have also started learning to play rugby. It is run though my work by the "Old Boys" and the coach is none other than ex All Black, Dave "Trapper" Loveridge. They absolutely love it especially Jack who cries when it's finished so he's hoping for a future all black or two!

We also got to see the wonderful show that Adrian has been working hard on for a few weeks -"Slava's Snowshow" which was just brilliant. I've seen it before and it's still the best show I've ever seen. The boys absolutely loved it and have been talking about it ever since. It was really nice for the boys to see daddy in action above their heads too!

Thanks this week to Uncle Chris and Aunty Sue for having the boys for a night and allowing us a fab (and ridiculously late/early) night out with the Beckett's, we're still recovering!
