What the boys call "doing the family swing"

It's been a while sorry but we've been busy finishing off the summer holiday's and packing as much as possible into the sunshine.
We had another camping trip for a long weekend to Mangaweka as we loved it so much the first time and it was lovely, we even had a huge thunderstorm which was great fun! You can see our tent in the the lovely isolated spot in the pic and the other shot is Adrian with all the boys (our friend Jacob was also there) showing them how it's done.
While we were there we took a day trip to the Tiahape agricultural show where the highlight was the rides!
The boys are now back to school and the days are starting on their normal routine again. Adrian and I had a brilliant weekend at the "7s" the biggest dress up party in the world, it was so much fun....and the rugby was good too we think!

Cute stories at the end but I had to also load this bit of impromptu dancing from the boys.....I thought the robot was "so 80s" but obviously it's making a come back!
Cute Stories:
Jack's cute comments:
Jack's comment about Christmas "you know why Christmas is so brilliant mum? It's all free! Santa pays for everything". ...... Oh that Santa will have a lot to answer for one day......
I was explaining to Jack that a long time ago mummy had chosen our cat Monty and Daddy had chosen Jubbly. He said "that makes sense cos Jubbly is crazy and a little bit wierd like daddy".
Tom and his two toilet incidences:
Tom came bearing a lovely gift to me recently of tissue paper with a heart shape in the middle, would have been lovely if he hadn't used it first!!
Tom wanted to get Jack back for something recently. We heard him laughing to himself after Jack had been to the toilet. When we asked him what he was up to he readily admitted that he'd done wees in the liquid soap which Jack had just used......now the bigger problem was trying to work out how many hours before then he'd done it which he couldn't remember. Now after a stern telling off Adrian and I did marvel and both his aim and his terrifying super villian potential....... god help us when he's a teenager!
